The more you shop, the more your purchases are returned to Denise Louie Education Center. Two ways to shop online:

1. The Marketplace is a place where you can buy your books, office supplies, gifts and clothes or book your next vacation or business trip - and more! Not only will you find some great deals, a percentage of your purchase will be given to us to help us raise funds.

With over 1000 merchants to choose from in our Marketplace, we hope you enjoy turning your everyday shopping into a way to lend a hand.

2. GoodShop.com is a new online shopping mall which donates up to 37 percent of each purchase to Denise Louie Education Center! Hundreds of great stores including Amazon, Target, Gap, Best Buy, eBay.com, Macy's, and Barnes & Noble have teamed up with GoodShop and every time you place an order, you’ll be supporting Denise Louie Education Center.

Support Denise Louie Education Center whenever you search the Internet. Donate maternity and infant materials to our Early Head Start program

We currently have 9 pregnant women in our Early Head Start program. With all of them due at different times, we are always looking for:

  • Newborn clothes (e.g., pants, shirts, bibs, mittens, etc.) - boys or girls
  • Baby blankets
  • Diapers
  • Baby Formula
  • Bottles
  • Pacifiers
  • Nursing materials
  • Maternity clothes (any size)

Some of these women don't even have clothes for themselves, please help! 

 

Donate items for the Dinner and Auction

The Dinner and Auction is our one fundraising event that allows us to provide additional services that the government does not fund, such as Play and Learn Groups (serving 0-5 years old), school supplies, field trips, diapers, etc.

Donate your Cell Phone

You may drop-off un-used, old cellphones at our Administrative site throughout the year.

CELL PHONE RECYCLING FACTS
 Cell phones contain lead, arsenic, beryllium and other toxic chemicals that can contaminate soil and ground water.
 One cell phone, if thrown away, can pollute 40,000 gallons of ground water.
 Continued recycling and reuse of cell phones substantially reduces the number of phones manufactured globally every year.
 The most eco-friendly thing you can do with an old phone is to reuse it.
 Recycling cell phones reduces the demand for precious metals collected through environmentally destructive mineral mining.
